Mansfield Pharmacy will be hosting Influenza (Flu) Vaccination clinics throughout April & May. To book your appointment, please select your preferred day below and follow the prompts. The clinic will run from 10.00am - 4.40pm. Bookings are essential.
If you are wanting to have an Influenza & COVID-19 booster at the same time, please call our friendly team on 03 5775 1311 and we will be able to book you in for a combined appointment. Please do not book for a combined appointment via the Influenza clinic.
Influenza (Flu) Vaccination Clinics
Mansfield Pharmacy are the convenient choice for all of your general health vaccinations. Some vaccinations are available for FREE for different patients under the National Immunisation Program (NIP)*.
FREE vaccines covered under the National Immunisation Program (NIP) for eligible* patients include:
- ​Shingles
- Pneumonia
- Diptheria/Tetanus/Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
- Influenza
- Meningococcal

General Pharmacist Vaccinations
Vaccination is the best protection against the flu, and is as important as ever this flu season as our international borders reopen and we enjoy moving around and socialising more.
The flu vaccine protects you and those around you from getting infected with influenza and prevents serious disease.
Flu is more serious than a common cold with sufferers often restricted to their bed for up to a week or more, unable to work or care for loved ones. The flu strains constantly change so we need a new vaccine each year to make sure we stay protected.
In Australia, it is recommended that any person 6 months of age and older get a flu vaccination to reduce the likelihood of becoming ill with influenza. The flu vaccination is proven to be effective in preventing flu infections.
Your flu and covid vaccines may both be administered on the same day (one in each arm if you like)

Getting vaccinated at Mansfield Pharmacy is the quick, convenient and cost-effective way to protect yourself and the ones you love. No prescription necessary. Children aged 10 years and older are able to be vaccinated on any day, with 2-9 years on clinic days. (Children 6 months-2 years should be vaccinated by a doctor).

A 'Dose Administration Aid' is a convenient way of taking medicines. Each week you'll get a pack of your medicines organised by day and time of day.

MedsChecks
The MedsCheck is an essential medicines review for all patients. Your pharmacist will meet with you to discuss your medicines and answer any questions you may have. Following your MedsCheck, you, our pharmacist and your doctor can develop the best medicine strategy to help you get the best result from your treatment.

We are a PBS prescription dispensing pharmacy. Our professional pharmacists will dispense your scripts carefully and accurately. This attention to detail has lead to our outstanding reputation in the Mansfield community. We have patients from Barwite, Bridge Creek, Maindample, Piries and Delatite, Bonnie Doon, Goughs Bay, Jamieson, Woods Point, Merrijig, Mirimbah, Mt Buller, Tolmie and Barjarg. We dispense PBS prescriptions, Concession prescriptions, Entitlement Card prescriptions, Repatriation/Repat/DVA prescriptions, all repeat prescriptions and Schedule 3 medicines.
